Can I scale up or down?
Yes, you can add or remove robots with 30 days notice. We'll work with you to right-size your fleet based on seasonal or operational changes.
What if a robot breaks down?
We provide replacement robots within 24-48 hours. All repairs and maintenance are included in your subscription.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Starter and Professional plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. Enterprise plans are customized based on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and can work with procurement systems for enterprise clients.
